That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies and disclaimers. Our Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or exchange for a different product. 

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do not hesitate to reach out with any comments or concerns you may have at contact@booleeskin.com. We will do the best we can to help resolve your concerns.

Shipping Policy

We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays. Please allow 2 to 4 days of processing time before your product is shipped, and 5 to 10 days for shipment time. Note that orders during holidays, might experience a slight delay. 

Because we are a homemade shop, we will do our best to meet these estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Please be patient with us :)

Also, if you live in an area with high temperatures, please be aware your products may arrive melted or thinned due to the temperatures during the shipping process. We do not use synthetic preservatives to prevent this from happening, so please allow for the product to cool down. You may need to shake the bottle before use. 

At this time, we do not offer free shipping, however be on the lookout for special deals.
