How To Use
It is best to brush before shower or bath preferably in the morning as it has energizing properties. Start with your feet brushing upwards to your legs brush each section with short form strokes; repeat the same process with the arms. Brush towards the heart/center of the body. Use circular motions on your stomach and armpits. Don't brush on sore, irritated or sunburned skin. After brushing , shower or bath to wash away dead skin cells. Apply body oil or lotion on skin to soothe and replenish skin.
