Place 2-4 handfuls of flakes into warm bath water. The flakes will dissolve for a relaxing soak. For maximum benefit, we recommend soaking for at least 20 minutes. Do not use hot bath water. Toxins will release from your body, which will prevent magnesium from being absorbed to its fullest. Be careful not to slip in the bath or shower. Keep the product in a dry/cool place.
